WearVault respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, how it is handled, and your choices.

Information You Add

WearVault lets you add and manage wardrobe information such as:

• Clothing item names
• Brands
• Categories and sub-categories
• Colors
• Prices and purchase dates
• Wear counts, laundry status, and retirement details
• Notes you choose to save
• Outfit plans
• Photos you choose to add for your clothing items

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used only to provide the app’s features, including:

• Organizing and filtering your wardrobe
• Planning outfits
• Tracking wear history and laundry status
• Generating wardrobe insights
• Displaying widgets based on your saved wardrobe data
• Sending optional local reminders if you enable notifications

Photos And Camera Access

If you choose to add images to wardrobe items, WearVault may request access to:

• Your photo library, to choose existing photos
• Your camera, to capture new photos

These permissions are only used for adding clothing images that you choose to save in the app.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, WearVault can schedule local notifications on your device, such as outfit check-ins or reminder alerts. You can disable notifications anytime in the app or in iPhone Settings.

Subscriptions And Purchases

WearVault may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.

Payments, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple. WearVault does not receive your full payment card details.

The app may check subscription status locally through Apple’s StoreKit framework to unlock premium features.

Data Storage

WearVault currently stores your wardrobe information locally on your device. At this time, the app does not require you to create an account.

If you delete the app, locally stored data may also be deleted from your device.

Data Sharing

WearVault does not sell your personal information.

WearVault does not share your wardrobe data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Analytics And Tracking

WearVault does not use third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.

Children’s Privacy

WearVault is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

You can:

• Edit or delete wardrobe items inside the app
• Remove photos you have added
• Turn notifications on or off
• Delete the app if you no longer want to use it
